Mother India School is committed to protecting the privacy of every family that trusts us with their child's education. This Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights under Indian law.

Mother India School ("we", "us") operates the educational platform at motherindiatimes.com and is the Data Fiduciary as defined under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act).

We do not collect: card numbers, bank account details, biometric data, or any government ID. Payment data is handled entirely by Razorpay under their own privacy policy.

Children's data: We only collect the child's first name and class. We do not knowingly collect any other personal data directly from children. All data is provided by the parent or guardian.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. We do not collect personal data directly from children. All registration data is provided by the parent or legal guardian. We collect only the minimum child data necessary to provide the service (first name and class). We do not share any child-related data with third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Our platform uses Google Cloud services, which may store data on servers outside India. Google complies with international data transfer standards. By using our platform, you consent to such transfers as necessary for service delivery, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law or our practices. Material changes will be notified to enrolled parents via email at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.

14. Free Tools — Quiz Zone & Activity Hub

Our Quiz Zone uses your browser's local storage to remember your star count and number of quizzes played, purely to make the experience more fun. This data stays on your own device, in your own browser — it is never transmitted to, or stored on, our servers, and is not linked to any personal information. Clearing your browser data will reset it. The Activity Hub does not collect any personal data at all.

Mother India School is an initiative of the Mother India Today (MIT) Group. Links to other group platforms — Mother India Today and The Life Navigator — are provided for your convenience. Each of these platforms operates under its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them separately. We do not automatically share your personal data with these platforms unless you separately register or interact with them.

16. Limitation of Liability

While we take reasonable steps to protect your data as described in this Policy, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mother India School and the Mother India Today (MIT) Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from unauthorised access to, or use of, your data caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
